Body rotisserie makes it so much easier to inspect and repair.

Found a thin spot on inner rocker.

Bottom all sealed after repairs.

More high build primer for final block sanding

Aftermarket crossmember kit that doesn't fit properly. Will slot holes to straighten.

1/2" too narrow, slot all holes to allow brackets to touch frame for welding.

Repaint frame after welding

Paint radiator support and side panels.

Getting steering hooked up, a double and single u-joint

needs a carrier bearing to hold the shaft stable.

built a bracket to bolt onto existing holes.

Steering and brake lines all installed, time for fenders.

Radiator has to come out again to trim the support to move the radiator rearward so the splash pan will fit.
